1. The platform and its services
BrawlSociety provides software for club management, classes, memberships, events, online learning and communication. The club or seller identified in an offering supplies that membership, class, event or course. InkLink ApS supplies the platform unless the purchase expressly identifies us as the seller. The seller’s offering and checkout terms apply alongside these platform terms.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, complete required email verification and keep your account secure. Google and Apple are optional sign-in methods. Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Club staff must act within the permissions assigned to them.
You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement, or the necessary parent or guardian authorization. Youth participation must be arranged with the club. You can contact info@brawlsociety.com to request account closure; closing an account does not itself cancel a separately purchased membership or erase records that must lawfully be retained.
3. Messages from your club
By creating an account, you agree that your club may send you service and encouragement messages through BrawlSociety. These include updates about classes and bookings and, if your club switches it on, a short “we miss you” email when you train much less than usual. For a child on a family account, these messages go to the parent or guardian.
You can switch encouragement messages off at any time in your notification settings under “Tips & encouragement”, and every such email tells you how. Security, booking and payment messages about your account are separate service messages.
4. Classes, bookings and attendance
Review the club’s eligibility, schedule, capacity, cancellation, waitlist and attendance rules before booking. A waitlist place is not a confirmed booking. Following a training path does not reserve a class. Clubs are responsible for their facilities, instruction, safety procedures and changes to scheduled services. Contact the club about a booking or attendance correction.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Review the seller, total price, currency, billing interval and cancellation conditions before authorizing payment. Recurring subscriptions continue according to the terms shown at purchase until cancelled. A one-time course or event purchase does not itself create a recurring subscription. Stripe processes website payments and may request additional authentication. Eligible digital courses purchased with Apple’s in-app purchase system are billed by Apple. Their local price is shown before confirmation. Use Restore Apple purchases while signed in to the BrawlSociety account used for the purchase to recover access. Apple handles refund requests for Apple-billed purchases; contact us for help with course access.
Use the available billing portal or contact the seller to cancel future renewals. If you cannot reach the seller or access cancellation, contact us for assistance. Cancelling renewal, withdrawing from a purchase and requesting a refund for a problem with a service are separate requests. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Online consumer purchases can carry a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. Dated leisure events and digital content can have different rules. We do not treat payment alone as consent to waive a withdrawal right. The seller must provide the information and obtain any express request or acknowledgment required for its offering. To request withdrawal or a refund, contact the seller with your name, order reference, purchase date and request; you may also contact us for routing assistance.
Where the platform displays test or demo mode, purchases are simulations and do not charge real money.
6. Software plans for clubs
New course sales carry a platform fee of 10% of the customer’s sale price before payment-provider deductions, on every software plan. The fee is deducted from proceeds, not added to the listed course price. Refunds proportionally reverse the platform fee. Actual provider fees and taxes are deducted before calculating the club’s remaining proceeds. Apple prices can vary by storefront. Apple course proceeds require reconciliation against its statements before club payment; recorded proceeds are not a completed payout. Earlier course transactions keep their recorded fee policy.
The fixed software plan is 1,499 DKK per month excluding VAT, with payment processing charged separately. The alternative percentage plan (Pay as you grow) adds a markup of 10% of the club’s price, at least 3 DKK per paid item, as shown during plan selection and checkout; on that plan BrawlSociety pays Stripe transaction-processing costs and does not recover them from club proceeds. On the fixed plan, actual Stripe transaction-processing costs paid by BrawlSociety may be recovered automatically from club proceeds after the club accepts that policy. No separate processing-fee invoice is created. Insufficient balances and completed bank payouts may delay recovery. Fees already paid directly by the club are excluded. Earlier transactions keep their previous fee terms. Only the selected plan and disclosed charges apply. Clubs must review the complete plan summary before accepting it; these terms do not authorize undisclosed fees or retroactive changes.
Clubs must complete Stripe onboarding and maintain accurate business and payout information before receiving payments. Stripe’s applicable account terms and verification requirements also apply. Payment holds, refunds, disputes and provider requirements can affect available funds and payout timing.
7. Events and guest teachers
The event seller is responsible for delivery, attendee information and cancellations. Clubs and guest teachers must agree their compensation, tax responsibilities and cancellation arrangements. The platform can record a percentage, a per-ticket amount or a fixed event fee. A scheduled payout after an event remains subject to the recorded agreement, payment verification, refunds, disputes and available funds.
8. Courses, uploads and community
Course access is personal, subject to the access period and license stated by its seller. Paid courses are digital content delivered immediately: at website checkout you ask for access to start at once and confirm that you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal, so a course purchase can’t be refunded once access begins. This does not limit your rights if a course is faulty or not as described. Purchases made through Apple follow Apple’s refund rules. Do not redistribute material without permission. Upload only content you have the right to share, including any necessary permission from people shown in images or video. Do not post unlawful material, harass others, impersonate people or attempt unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of your content. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to its intended audience while providing the service. We may restrict content or access to address abuse, security concerns or legal obligations. Report concerns, or ask us to review a restriction, at info@brawlsociety.com.
9. Responsibility and support
We take reasonable care in operating the platform, but maintenance, interruptions and third-party failures can occur. Clubs remain responsible for the services they sell and the information they supply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes mandatory consumer protections.
Contact info@brawlsociety.com about platform problems or complaints. Purchases should first be raised with the identified seller. Danish law applies to our platform agreement, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country or rights to bring a claim before a competent court. Information about Danish consumer complaint routes is available at forbrug.dk.
10. Privacy and updates
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used. We will communicate material changes when required and respect any applicable notice or cancellation rights. Changes do not remove rights arising from earlier purchases.
